- Orders, Holdings and Positions revamp: rebuilt the screens from scratch with a redesigned UX and actionable callouts. Designed owned components to run in parallel with legacy screens behind an instant fallback, enabling a staged rollout.
- Order form re-architecture (in progress): rebuilding the order form on the new design system, replacing condition-heavy legacy logic with a reusable validation and state model that extends to new order types.
- Scalper Multi Expiry: replaced fixed weekly/monthly expiry templates with user-selectable expiry that can be switched during live trading, backward-compatible with saved templates.
- Interops and MTF on BSE: built cross-exchange flows to trade a scrip on any supported exchange and settle offsetting NSE and BSE positions together, reducing brokerage. Co-developed MTF for BSE scrips ahead of the NSE IPO.
- Upgraded the TradingView charting library to the latest version, restyled charts to match the platform's custom components, and aligned the UI library with the new styling.
- Co-built Pro Web's design system from scratch using Storybook, tsdown and Figma Code Connect · the platform's shared UI foundation.
- Built Figma-to-code workflows over MCP that generate library-backed React components with Code Connect mappings, plus automated code review and design validation; adopted across the team. Conducted AI adoption sessions and accelerated testing with Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP).
- Partnered with Product and Design on refinements and edge cases; resolved production issues at root cause and supported on-call. Reviewed team pull requests; mentored interns and new joiners on business logic and system design.

- Upstox Plus: architected an S3-driven system for multiple feature pages, built from reusable screens and components with A/B testing support, so content changes ship without a release. Built responsive pages with fluid animations for a native-like feel on web and mobile. Reused the architecture to ship the Add-On Pack for web. [~1M net active users, 25.4% conversion on Pro Web]
- Scalper: partnered with Product and Design from initial user scenarios through MVP, configurable layouts and GTT for a high-frequency trading platform with millisecond-level performance requirements. [1.1M+ web orders within 6 months]
- Re-architected the order form's order-category logic and state management to support Conditional Trigger Orders, shipping bug-free ahead of the Union Budget period. Delivered the API and WebSocket integrations for the COS order book migration with zero production impact.
- Co-delivered the order placement API migration, consolidating multiple endpoints into a unified architecture for new order features across web platforms.
- Built a scalper widget for the TV platform and co-built its component library from scratch in Storybook. [+10% orders on the platform]
- Introduced Cursor rules and an AI PR review command for the Pro Web repos. Created a sub-agent framework to scaffold new repos and migrate existing ones, used to move legacy internal tools to Next.js and shadcn/ui.
